Abstract submissions are closed

All accepted / rejected abstracts have been informed by email to the first authors by 10 September 2009. Submissions till extended date of 30 September have been informed by 5 October 2009. NOTE: Authors can submit multiple abstracts by registering as a new registrant for each abstract using the same email, but using different passwords at this site

Abstract Preparation Guidelines

  1. Use English language only.
  2. Limit your title to 100 characters and abstracts to 1500 characters.
  3. Authors: Type authors names without degree or titles
  4. Prepare structured abstract with objectives, methods, results and conclusions
  5. Define each abbreviation the first time it is used in the text by placing in parentheses.
  6. Do not include references in the abstract.
  7. Submitted abstracts should be unpublished and have not been presented before.

Reviewing Procedure and Selection

  1. Submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the International Scientific Committee.
  2. Notification of presentation time slot will be e-mailed to the author

Last Date of Submission

The abstract submissions last date is extended to 30 September, 2009.
